Last Day on the Island

 Sand Petronas Towers
What?!?!?!  So, I have my jammies on at the beach!

This is where we ate lunch everyday.
How many restaurants do you see?!?!

 Answer:  3
The red, blue and yellow chaired sections are all different places under one roof.  However, they all have VERY similar menus....I ordered the same thing all 3 days(except on the last day, the yellow section was out of Maggi noodles).  It was all very strange.  We even had the same waiter 2 different days in separate sections.  On the "red" day, Whitney was asleep and we tried to set her in the "blue" section on the ground.  The man made us move her into the "red" boundary!
Off to hike up the to the windmills in the distance:

So glad we took the hike.  It was a great view!
Our happy hour waiter, Ryan, volunteered to come in on his day off to lead us on the hike.  The staff at Bubu Villa was so nice.  We left Whitney with her new friend, Woon at the reception area while we hiked.  She said she did "lots of fun stuff" while we were away!

Back at the beach to cool off after the hike!

 Last Happy Hour:

The 10:00 boat took us back to Kota Bahru on Wednesday morning.
Bye Bye Bubu Villas!

 Vacations are hard work:
Life is Good with a few days away from the haze and at the beach...especially with friends!

Sand, Surf and Snorkeling!

To change things up a bit for the 3rd day, we went on a snorkeling tour.
Before heading out, Macy and Whitney enjoyed some sisterly love time on the beach.

We may always wear our sunglasses for family beach pictures now.
They think it is funny to close their eyes or not look at the camera, but still smile.

Whit should have had her glasses!!!

 Feeding bread to the fish

There were sightings of many fish, 2 small sharks, 1 huge fish and 1 sea turtle on our stops.
A few hours at sea was too much for this little one!
 Back at the beach......

Life is Good when you get to enjoy beach life both above and below.
