Kool-Aid Play Dough

Yesterday, we had a day or being lazy. Didn't want our first day back from Spring Break to being too stressful!!!! Hannah got on the bus at 8:30 and the other two strolled out of bed about 9:45. About 11 we went to Jimmy John's since we didn't have much to eat for lunch since we had been out of town. Then, to Kroger because of the no food issue!!!
Normally, I don't like to take 3 to the store, but they did a great job. Kaylee held the list, and I did a lot of reminders of "Single file line, like we are a parade!!!" Whitney was nice enough to take a bottle and fall asleep so that was a huge help. While in the juice isle, Kaylee asked if we could make Kool-Aid Play Dough. So we ended up coming home with everything on our list, plus 2 packs of gum(for good behavior) and 4 packets of Kool-Aid!!!!

When Hannah was in Kindergarten, I made play dough for her class a few times. I couldn't find that recipe, but we just looked one up online.

2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup salt
2 (4g)packets of Kool-Aid
2 cups boiling water
3 T oil

Mix flour, salt and Kool-Aid until blended

Add oil to boiling water.
Add water to flour mixture and stir until it is and cool enough to knead.
Knead until is is fully blended

Once we had Macy's done, we worked on Kaylee's batch.
Life is Good when an activity is---"Funner than I thought it would be." (Kaylee)
