A Day with Kay

Now that Kaylee is in Kindergarten all day, I don't get to see her very much........Since the weather has been so nice, the girls head outside right away to play with their friends after school.  They also have soccer and gymnastics each week.
Yesterday, I got to spend a lot of one-on-one time with Kay.  She had a 9:00 soccer game and the other girls weren't ready to go when we needed to head out to the field, so Justin stayed back with them.  She has been enjoying soccer and is much more active than last Fall......She is actually part of the action and not watching from 10 feet away!!!

She was also my running passenger in the afternoon.  We ran to Hannah's game and met up with Justin and the other girls.  She was very chatty the whole way.....Apparently, she is the loudest snapper in her whole class and really does like rest time!!!.......She also sang songs and did a little dancing in the stroller.  At first, I thought the single stroller with an almost 6 year old seemed much easier to push than a double with a 3 and 1 year old..........but really they both stink!

The registration for Girl Scouts was yesterday, and after talking with Kaylee A LOT about how fun it would be, she decided she would try it.  I think she is really going to like the small group and activities a Daisy Troop will provide.

After an afternoon of playing outside, the 3 Bigs headed out on a Daddy Daughter Date Night.
I think the outfits the girls picked out fit their personalities perfectly:
Kaylee---girly
Hannah--Tomboy
Macy-- A little bit of everything

The girls and Justin had a great time at dinner and Best Buy---2 Barbie movies and a speaker for Hannah's hand me down iPod came home with them.  Whitney and I had a wild and crazy night of finishing the movie Hope Floats and taking some of the summer things out of the girls' closets.

Life is Good with a busy Saturday!
