Christmas in Iowa

 We had a great few days in Iowa and were able to visit with a lot of family.

On Christmas Eve the girls get a new pair of jammies........in the past they have also gotten presents from us that night(including board games to play).  We had to do that a few days early so they could get packed and sent on their way to Malaysia!!!!

Santa did a great job getting the girls ready for some pool fun!!!!

 They also got activities and snacks to have on the plane ride.

Later in the day, the girls and their cousins enjoyed the great sledding hill that Papa Scott made.

Who needs a sled?!?!?!!?

 Love that we have a kids table now and that it is in another room so the adults can chat and enjoy their meal---at least for a few minutes before someone needs help!!!!

Grandma Patti has some connections with Santa, so he came to her house the night of the 25th also.

 I think the girls' favorite gift was a chest of dress up clothes Grandma got at a fundraiser.  They also get a tea party and special beauty day this summer along with it.

 

Thanks to Uncle Kyle and Papa Scott's  farm supplies, we were able  to pack up and head to MN.
