Kays is 6!!!!

We had a very fun and busy weekend.
We had a house full of people and it was great!!!!  Friends from college and old NE neighbors came in for the Big 10 Championship game.  On Saturday, we went to the circus in the morning and the adults headed downtown in red about 3:00 while the 11 kids stayed back with sitters.  So glad they came out, even if NE lost by just a few points.  ;)

On Sunday, we had Kaylee's zebra party.............

They made beaded necklaces and bracelets.
Morgan stayed in town an extra day to be part of Kay's special day!!!

Pin the tail on the zebra

 Zebra masks

Whitney napped for the first few minutes of the party and sat and watched for a few more before she got in her jammies and joined the fun.

They followed clues around the house and found a treasure of zebra food---Zebra Cakes!

 Pinata!!!!

 PRESENTS!!!!!
Pancakes---It is amazing how many pancakes and bacon little girls can eat!!!!
We learned a few things from Hannah's party in May..............
1.  Cut the pancakes before giving them to the girls...a pizza cutter worked great.
2.  Have a Daddy in charge of pancakes and Uncle Kyle in charge of bacon.
3.  Have Aunt Ellen around to help with seconds and thirds!!!

The girls frosted their own cupcakes and added sprinkles.

Happy Birthday to our Sweet Kay Kay Jean!!!

Life is Good when you have a lovable, sensitive, smart, playful 6 year old in your life!!!
