Adding to the Zoo

In November, before the Middles had their birthdays they would declare they wanted everything we saw(commercials and toy section at Target) for their birthdays. All 3 girls were that way around Christmas, but Hannah was a little more consistent about her list. For a long time Hannah has been wanting a fish....She wishes for it every time her Daisy troop does the Wish Circle. After a discussion a few weeks ago, she decided she would save up her money and get one when she was 10!

However, she talks about it everyday, and she came home with these on Tuesday from the school library.

Before bed she read each one with Justin.

Then, yesterday she brought this letter home.

Mom and dad cood we please go the pet stor this week end and see how much the fish stuf is I am not going to biy ene of it I jist want to see how much it cost I wid bee ipresheadid(I think appreciate) if we cooda but if not that will make me sad But if we cooda doo it a nuthre weekend I wood be vare Happy But dady sead we cooda love Hannah

Guess she will get PLEASE and HOW right on her spelling test this week--

Justin and I talked about it and we have decided her determination and cuteness have paid off....She will be getting a fish for her birthday in May.

There are two stipulations:

1. She has to be nice to her sisters

2. She can't ask about it everyday until she gets it

I am confident she can follow through so come May 25th we will be a family of 6 people, a dog and a FISH.
