Date Nights

From the suggestion of a friend, I gave Justin "A Year of Date Nights" for Christmas. For each month there is an envelope......Some have gift cards and a few just have different suggestions for that month. Over the weekend, we decided to go on our January Date............Lined up the babysitter for the Bigs and we headed out with Whit.

First, we stopped by DSW shoes--------Justin got 2 new pairs.....SCORE!!!

Second, we went to Bonefish-----No reservations so it would be an hour.......STRIKE!!!!!

Then, we tried Flemming's---It would be an hour and a half.........STRIKE!!!!!

Normally, we wouldn't mind waiting, but since we had a sleeping Whitney we wanted to keep her that way!!!!

So......................We decided to walk down to MaCalister's Deli............

Not my first choice for a Date Night, but we didn't have take anyone to the potty, stop an argument or cut anyone's food......SCORE!!!!

Since it was only about 7:30 when we were done eating and Whit was still out, we thought about doing a little more shopping------------That's when I noticed I didn't have any diapers or wipes since I forgot to switch them to my new bag............STRIKE!!!!!

It wasn't the ideal night out, but it was nice to get away for a bit!!!!!!

LIFE IS GOOD!!!!!!
